I was recently sent TheraPearl's Sports Pack for review. I love TheraPearl. I like that I can heat it and make it cold all in the same pack. These little gel beads absorb cold and heat well. About 30 seconds in the microwave and you have a nice heat pack that last about an hour. It takes a little longer for cold therapy, freeze at least 2 hours. But the best thing about it, when TheraPearl is used for cold therapy, it stays smooth & pilable unlike old ice packs that get hard and pointy.
I wanted to review this product, because like most, I am too getting older. My lower back and my knee are only getting worse. Especially on rainy days. I was glued to my TheraPearl the first week I got it. Used mainly as a heat back. It soothes tired achy muscles and makes it easier for me to get around. It has become a very helpful tool.
I have said it once, I will say it again, I love TheraPearl.
I give it a 10 out of 10.
