Time and time again, I have been on the search to find a product that truly did what the label said. After trying tons of products meant to re-balance your bodies chemistry to help lessen or stop over oily and greasy hair from appearing. I can Finally say..I HAVE FOUND A WINNER.

L'Oreal came out with Elvive Extraordinary Clay Re-balancing. Meant for people just like me with greasy hair that appears not even a full 24 hours after washing my hair.  

Currently the only down fall, Its only available in the United Kingdom, but you can still order this product if you are prepared to pay the shipping cost.

Normally all of my product reviews are deeply discounted or free of charge, this on the other hand. I paid out of pocket for the Shampoo, Conditioner & the shipping. lol  But in the end. Well worth the price and the shipping. 

About This Product

This is something new to the L'Oreal line.  They came out with this along with some others to pin point the direct problem that you may have. Whether your hairs Oily or you have dry scalp or even want thicker hair... there is a system with L'Oreal for that. There is a long list of products in the Elvive System.  While they all claim to work for each list of problems listed on each label.  I only tested the Re-Balancing system. 

So like normal, the sniff test. I love anything that smells flowery or fruity. This stuff smells amazing. 

I was impressed with the thick formula used.  Some of the other re-balancing products I used where more runny and to me that doesn't seem right.  The product should stick to your hair, not try to run away screaming. lol  So with a product like this, focusing on the roots and scalp is the key.  This is where your body is over producing your bodies natural essential oils.  Your not trying to remove the oils completely, but this system will help balance it all out, so your not over producing, which is what is giving you that "I look like I didn't just wash my hair" look.  

So there is this product in this line that your are to put on your hair BEFORE washing.  Now it came later then the first 2 bottles and I am inpatient. Let me just add here that it makes a HUGE difference when using the whole system, rather then just the Shampoo and Conditioner. 

Get your hands on the pre shampoo treatment & also the dry shampoo. 

The dry shampoo helps keeping everything balanced in between shampoo's. Definitely another plus and good to have on the go. 

I gave it about 2 weeks of using all four products.

After 2 weeks, I was able to wash my hair every 2 days rather than every day.  

I did speak with L'Oreal personally whom stated, depending on how unbalanced the body is will depend how long to use the product for. It could take any where from 3-5 weeks or longer if there is something else wrong.  If it takes longer than 3 weeks and theres no sign of change, stop using and contact a doctor. Also ask your doctor if any medications you may be using may be throwing off your bodies natural balance.

I will give it another week or so. I have noticed some change.  I spent my life just dealing with what I thought was just normal for me to have Oily roots and dead ends.  I never knew there was actual products out there that would help with this, until now. 

I definitely give this product an A!  So far its working for me.

These are my favorite so far.  They smell amazing and work wonders on your hair.  

This is that Salon type of hair wash you always love. You search over and over for that perfect not to expensive shampoo that will give you that "ahh" and "ooo" feeling over and over.

Well look no further, this is my "Oh Yeah" Shampoo.  I feel like I just left the salon. These are definitely a keeper.

Degree Motionless for Women and Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs.

I'm complete Gun Ho about Degree.  I was sold on this product when it first came out. Works amazingly and keeps you dry. I'm a big person, everyone knows that.  There are sometimes when you just need a little extra protection on some in between places (or rolls however you call it).  This is that perfect product.  Has a fresh clean scent too. 

Now, Sally Hansen did me so wrong, I do not even want to post pictures about how wrong she did me.  Medium... It clearly states Medium or are my eyes not working.  I am usually very pale with sensitive skin.  So this is how this went. I was very very careful when applying this stuff, because I knew if it got on skin I didn't want it on... for sure it would be a different color.  So pull out those gloves of yours and protect your self.   

First step SHAVE and Moisturize your skin then wait a couple of hours BEFORE applying this stuff.  

Then, apply this...like i said before, wear gloves unless you want colored fingers.  Make sure to Apply EVENLY or you will not be a happy camper.  Its very easy to see where its not applied.  So be sure to double and triple check.  Do your Elbows and Knees last because you want to use alot less on those spots than you do your legs and arms.  

Rub, Blend, Spread out the best you can.  Then as it sets....Hope for the best. If not you have to wash it off and do it all over again.  So My first attempt didn't go to well.  Not smooth, very blotchy and some spots were way darker than others and some were ORANGE!! Remember me saying that it say Medium...  So The Light is too light for me and the Medium is too Dark for me.. I need a happy middle color.  So I washed (scrubbed) everything off... and started again, and I added some Light to my Medium.  It worked out in my head.  It was still a very dark tan and I wasn't happy, but at least the second time, I applied it with a blending ball and brush.. so this time i had even coverage. 

There is a trick to this... and no one wants to tell me. 

Nivea Essentials Moisture Lotion and Coconut Nail Art.

Well first things first.  I am a nail biter.  I do not have nails.  So when I get my nails done, I will gladly test them out and up date this when I do. 

I have only the nicest things to say about Nivea.  I prefer this lotion over any other company... (well no that is a lie, My number One favorite lotion is by Jewelry Candle) So this is my next favorite.  I do not like greasy lotions, not one bit. I want soft hands but not greasy hands. So this, when you first look at it... it looks like disappointment in a bottle.  When you put some in your hands... you start to believe you made the wrong choice.. you rub it in let it dry and instantly, you love it. 

Don't Judge a book by its cover.

Quick question?  Wouldn't you think they would give you enough to do your WHOLE Face? I guess not.  I can not give a definite buy or don't buy because there was not enough to judge it.

I must say how nice my hair feels now.  Soft and smooth.  But the product feels a bit oily to me.
